BSCAA Awards Queensland 2022
Celebrating Excellence and Hard Work
On Friday the 11th of Novemember 2022 the Building Service Contractors Association of Australia (BSCAA) hosted their annual BSCAA Excellence Awards for 2022 for Queensland.
The event was attended by some of this year’s nominees, last year’s winners, and other Springmount staff from the greater Brisbane area.
Springmount was well represented at the BSCAA awards and was honoured to receive nominations in the following categories:
Outstanding Leading Hand/Supervisor – Cleaning Industry
Nominee: Tsetsegsaikhan (Sunny) Davaagombo – Midtown Brisbane CBD
Outstanding Manager of the Year Award – Cleaning Industry
Nominee: Paula Coutin – No 1 Anzac Square
Nominee: Adriano Policastro – CSM
Most Valuable Cleaning Team
Nominee: No 1 Anzac Square, Paula Coutin and the site Cleaning Team
Nominee: 400 George Street, Marlon Colmenares and the site Cleaning Team
Outstanding Security Operator
Nominee: Les Kovacs – Big Top shopping Centre Maroochydore
Outstanding Manager of the Year Award – Security Industry
Nominee: Jasmin Duncan – Hyperdome Shopping Centre
We were very proud to see two of our staff win awards in their categories. Well-deserved congratulations go to:
Jasmin Duncan who was recognized with the Outstanding Manager of the Year Award – Security Industry and Les Kovacs recognised as Outstanding Security Operator.
Additionally, Tsetsegsaikhan (Sunny) Davaagombo was recognised as the runner up in the Outstanding Leading Hand/Supervisor – Cleaning Industry category.
