Speak Up – Whistleblower Policy
Springmount Services Speak Up and Whistleblower Policy has been put in place to ensure our employees can raise concerns regarding any misconduct (illegal, corrupt or other inappropriate conduct) without being subject to victimisation, harassment or discriminatory treatment.
Springmount Services encourages employees to report issues who have reasonable ground or suspect misconduct in relation to the company. Read more about our Speak Up initiative here.

Having IT issues? You can lodge a support ticket by emailing support@springmountservices.com.au. Please include as much information as possible. This will aid our support staff to best address your needs. Information you might want to provide includes:
- For mobile devices, please provide an IMEI (usually found in Settings > About)
- Type of device (eg. ‘Dell laptop’ or ‘Site Wand/iPhone’)
- Detailed description of issue (include screenshots if possible/relevant)
- How long you have had issue?
